Joyce Ann Cox
October 24, 1928 – February 26, 2010

Joyce Ann (Holler) Cox, 81, of Lyons, formerly of Keego Harbor, Mich., has joined her Heavenly Father, along with her late husband Floyd Bert Cox and late granddaughter Robie Kathlene Wiser. Joyce passed on Friday, February 26, 2010.

Joyce is survived by her children, Michael (Sharon), of Traverse City, Mich.; Vicki (Bud) Wiser, of Brooksville, Fla.; Gerald (Jerry), of Lyons; Marlene (Steve) Shorland, of Estes Park; Thomas (Tom), of Lyons; Charles (Mistina), of Ft. Collins; and 16 grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Joyce has been an active member of the Lyons community since 1994. She has served as an officer with the Lyons Aging Council, Golden Gang, Lyons History Video Project; member of GAP, and most recently in Minnie’s Red Hat Club.

Joyce was cremated through Carroll Lewellen Funeral and Cremation Services, Longmont. A memorial service was held at the River Community Church, 18668 N. Saint Vrain Dr., Lyons. Her final resting place is at Perry Mount Cemetery, Pontiac, Mich., with her ashes placed next to her beloved husband.
