Accessing your inner wisdom

A one-day workshop in which you will access your inner wisdom by learning a seven-step process that you will be able to use on your own. I have successfully used this process with counseling clients for over 20 years. When we feel blocked, stuck, fear, or lack of joy, we can stop, sit and apply this process. You will be amazed at how simple, yet how profound it can be in getting us back in touch with our inner wisdom. Sunday, January 17, 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. the cost is $40. Adult painting classes at the Hygiene Farm

Mary Magdalena offers painting for adults who want to express their creativity. No skills needed, just the willingness to show up and let what is inside out and have a good time. Those who are more advanced come to learn more in-depth skills too. We paint a canvas with acrylic as a background, while it is drying we do a centering meditation to get ourselves into our hearts. We then move into oil paints. It is truly amazing what happens here in these five hours. The cost is $50 and all supplies included. Classes are held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on January 16 or 24 or Feb. 13. For information call 303-652-4004.

Meditation class

This class offers you the opportunity to learn and experience the art of meditation. It will be a one-hour class in which you will be given helpful tips on meditation: posture, focusing, relaxation and goals. In each session you will have a guided meditation led by Mary Magdalena. She has been leading guided meditations for over 25 years. The group guided meditation will assist you in developing your connection to your inner world. This class is designed for beginners, yet any level is welcome since we all benefit by the energy of the group. The classes are held from 9 to10:30 a.m. Friday mornings for six weeks from January 29 to March 5; the cost is $60 for 6 weeks. For information call Mary Magdalena at 303-652-4004.

Spiritual Counseling

Needing help? Trauma release, posttraumatic stress, lack of connection or purpose: with inner child work and intuitive healing you will experience a renewal for life. The cost is $60 per hour.
